Lightsaber Teambuilding is a corporate development academy unlike anything else. The choreography, the Aikido, the improv — these are the method. The real outcomes are the four capacities of embodied intelligence that every high-performing professional needs.

Most corporate training happens from the neck up. Presence, awareness, influence live in the body. And they have to be practiced.

Self-Awareness

Know how you show up - your patterns, your triggers, your default style under pressure. The body doesn't lie. Embodied exercises reveal what the mind hides.

Every Lightsaber Academy session is built around a core experience - then layered with development content tailored to your team. Lightsabers provided for up to 16 participants. Delivered in English or French.

Lightsaber Choreography

The heart of the academy. Participants learn real stage combat sequences, building focus, coordination, trust, and the ability to perform under pressure. No experience needed.

The Final Performance

Every session culminates in a filmed lightsaber duel or short play. A choreographed scene your team creates, rehearses, and performs together - a video they will actually want to share. Videographer available on request.

Martial Arts & Embodiment

Aikido-based exercises that develop presence, grounding, and the ability to stay centred under pressure. Drawing on 20 years of Aikido practice, these translate directly to leadership and self-management.

I'm Sebastien - the founder and facilitator behind every Lightsaber Academy session. I bring together 12 years of fencing, 20 years of Aikido, and leadership development into experiences unlike anything else in corporate training.


After studying at Oxford and Kent universities and beginning my career with the UK Ministry of Defence, I spent two decades training leaders across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the US.
